I have a Huntsman V3 Pro Tenkeyless and have been experiencing issues with the dual-purpose modifier keys enabling themselves periodically while Synapse is open and immediately when Synapse is closed. I don’t have any profiles with the dual-purpose modifier switch enabled and have replicated the issue with every default profile, including the factory default profile. When it enables itself with Synapse open, I have to toggle the switch on and off to disable the feature again. So far I’ve tried factory resetting the keyboard, reinstalling Synapse, trying different drivers, reinstalling Windows, and trying different devices. This is not a feature I use so I would be happy to be able to disable it permanently because it is very irritating and is a dealbreaker for productivity work. Other settings in the profile save just fine including Snap Tap and Chroma effects, but I also experience double keypresses while Synapse is open; I just can’t close it without the Dual-Purpose modifier coming on and need Synapse open to disable it again. I am a technical user so I am open to any suggestions regarding modifications or driver tweaks if anyone can point me in the right direction. I would like to keep using this keyboard.
