Hello, I have 2 questions for people with a razer blackwidow elite keyboard. 1. When I click the space, enter, backsapce type keys, I hear a strange sound, as if something was tapping gently on the metal, I do not know if this is due to the construction of the keyboard, or if it is a technical error of the equipment. 2. I registered the keyboard on the razer website, then downloaded the synapse 3 program to be able to program the keyboard backlight, but after installing the program my keyboard starts to go crazy, namely, the multimedia keys stop working, the gaming mode turns off all of my keys, and if the program itself doesn't find it my keyboard. With important information, I have windows 7 (64bit) I count on help and best regards,

Hi there! Can you share a video of both issues? Also, have you tried reinstalling Synapse to see if the same issue persists?
