When I am using the Synapse 4.0 + Chroma software with this device, I can set the Charging and Idle Effects correctly on the device in Synapse 4.0. However, on Chroma, I can only set the Idle Effect. Any change I make to the Charging Effect immediately gets reset when I exit out of the configuration screen.I believe this is causing an underlying issue where the device only ever shows the Idle lighting effect. If I toggle the Charging Effect in Synapse, it temporarily works until I reboot or restart the program, or open and mess with Chroma.I tried factory resetting the Chroma Pad with no luck. Has anyone had this issue before?
