Hi excite16199, Please try performing the transaction again later or at a different location or contact your telco provider and check your connections. I also suggest that you may generate, keep a copy and use the backup codes, if you frequently facing SMS OTP arrived late and has expired or never received it at all. If you're also facing issues to access the backup code page as it required the SMS OTP, kindly submit a ticket to Razer Gold Support Team.
