Hi, I have encoutered the connection problem using the multi-device paring once i have tried to connect with are Deathadder V3 pro mice and Blackwidow V4 pro 75%.When i used the mice’s dongle to try the paring with my keyboard, the paring option is appeared in the synapse to scan the another device but the Keyboard is not founded even i swithced it to 2.4Ghz and kept pressing the buttion while scaning.Moreover, When i used the keyboard’s dongle, there is no paring option appeared on the Synapse. How do i connet the multi-device with two products? is that any problem on my product? or synapse?

I have nearly the same problem.Trying to get my black widow v4 pro 75 keyboard paired to the dongle ofmy basilisk v3 pro 35k, while trying to pair it on synapse through multidevice pairing I follow the instructions, the keyboard flashes a rainbow once or twice, then synapse informs me that no devices were found.Support plz help.
