The Nari Essential is not supported by Razer anymore? I can't find a driver updater anywhere.

I’m sorry if this is a dumb question but I really can’t think of a single thing left to do except reach out. I’d greatly appreciate any help.

I’ve owned my Nari Essential Wireless headphones for over 5 years now, I believe. I want to keep them a little longer but I can’t find a driver updater. Without the driver update my headphones studder and cut out for a short time when under large amounts of stress from the GPU playing games and watching videos simultaneously.

The Razer website links me to only the Nari driver & Installation, but when I search for the Nari Essential page theres no option for installation. I’ve tried the Nari driver installer anyways but it refuses to recognize my headphones are plugged in, (yes, I’ve tried multiple charger cords) which confused me until I came to the conclusion they must not be recognising my headphones as Nari and don’t consider Nari Essential the same things.

I’ve tried updating all the audio and sound drivers inside my Device Manager but windows didn’t find any that needed updates.

I’ve fully downloaded all windows updates but still no fix.

I’ve downloaded both Razer Synapse 3 and 4 to see if they could find a driver but no luck. There was a lot of people who pointed to this app on many support forums, but I just don’t see any buttons or tabs that might infer driver updates on the headphones at all. If I missed something crucial I’d appreciate some guidance on how to reach it.

TLDR:

  • Did Razer cut support for the Nari Essential? and
  • Does anyone possibly have the last and latest driver update that I can download for the Nari Essential?

TL;DR

  1. No
  2. Simply install Synapse software and it’ll automatically download all required drivers. But I’d recommend to remove Synapse if you have any and all Razer related stuff, then download https://rzr.to/Tf53xj this tool to remove leftovers. Then restart PC → install Synapse again.
