Synapse 2.0 will still launch perfectly fine, but that doesn't help me because Huntsman Elite is not supported with 2.0. I have tried nearly every support step imaginable with Microsoft support, so now I am turning to Razer. Please help me with this. I want my Synapse to work again. Below is a list of attempted options. >Uninstall and complete clean re-install of Razer software, including uninstall and reinstall of connected devices. >System SFC Scan and utilities repair. >Repaired .net Framework client profile via Programs/Features. >Attempted to start and run in Safe Mode to launch Razer Synapse -- the program failed to load in safe mode. >Multiple computer restarts, checked for Windows Update. >Ran malware/spyware programs to detect trojans or other malware. >Attempted disabling and re-enabling of Microsoft.net framework
Razer Synapse 3.0 and .net Framework
Hi! So, I really enjoy Razer and its awesome products, but I find myself unable to use them at present due to a frustrating issue. I have the Razer Huntsman Elite keyboard and a Deathadder Elite mouse. In the past, I've been able to use Synapse 3.0 just fine. It got to a point where I sort of stopped paying attention to it on my computer at all. Turns out, Razer Synapse 2.0 was running in the background and controlling my DPI settings on the Deathadder Elite. The entire time, my chroma wasn't working on the Hunstman. Now, I am unable to launch Razer Synapse 3.0 at all. It presents a Microsoft.net Framework Unhandled Exception Error.
