Tiamat 7.1 Activation Code ??

I bought the Tiamat 7.1 V2 headphones and surround sounds absolutely terrible despite being plugged into a Xonar DSX sound card....in order for me to try and fix the settings I need to use Razer Surround, which I am told is free for anyone who has purchased Razer headphones, but there is no activation code in the box and support emails are not being answered ! Is anyone else having this problem ??
