Am having microphone issues with my RZ04-0347 headset.

People I game with tell me my mic audio keeps cutting out. It happens when paired to my Xbox series X and bluetoothed to my phone in Discord.

I have tried the firmware updater, but it keeps telling me that my current version of 1.03.00 is the latest version and doesn't need to be updated but the version on the Downloads pager shows the current version as  v1.00.12_r1.

Which firmware version is the correct version and how do I force the update if I have the wrong one?

And if I do have the current version, then what else could be causing my mic to cut out constantly?

Thanks in advance.

Hi GuyerTron,

I understand you're experiencing intermittent audio issues with your Razer Kaira Pro for Xbox. This can be caused by several factors, such as, Wireless interference, Software glitches or outdated audio drivers.

To help resolve the Bluetooth connection issues, please try the following:

  1. Move closer to your device; ideally, keep the Bluetooth devices within 10 meters of each other.
  2. Ensuring a direct line of sight to your Bluetooth device.
  3. Other devices can cause interference; try turning them off or removing them to improve your connection.
  4. Update your Intel drivers by visiting Intel Driver Support Assistant and ensure your Bluetooth stack is current.
  5. If the issue persist, reestablish your Bluetooth connection. Remove the Bluetooth headset from your device and reconnect it.

Feel free to PM me with your device serial number if your need further help. All the best!
