Problem with activation code on THX Spatial audio


A couple years ago I  bought barracuda x(RZ04-0380) that support THX Audio, registered it and as following I got an email with the activation code.Today I installed THX spatial audio and tried to activate it with the code I have gotten a couple years ago and it didn’t work. I am getting the following message:The code you have entered does not seem to be valid.Is there a way of getting a new activation code or  any way around this issue?

It won’t work, because you’ve used it…

Just close the activation window and click on right top side (avatar) to login to your RazerID account where previously you’ve activated the key.

So I clicked the link that you provided me, followed the ‘instructions’ and I got the message that a copy of the activation code was sent to my email. The problem is that nothing was sent to my email and I am certain that this email is the right one. I even checked by trying to recover my account password just to see if I get an email from razer(and I obviously got one). Is there a way for me to get the password manually or any other solution?

I’d check spam folder then.

BTW. In 1st post you’ve mentioned, that you have already 7.1 surround from other headset? So why you want to register it again with the same account, that you’ve already activated? Or is it different account?

BTW. Barracuda X is using 7.1 surround not THX Spatial.
