Hi, I have just received my brand new Razer Viper V3 Pro. The mouse works fine when connected via cable but the dongle is not discoverable at all. I have gone through many threads on this matter tried re-pairing through RazerMousePairingUtility software but I can’t even pair the dongle to start the process. The dongle does light up green only when I disconnect my mouse completely and push the power button for 2 seconds although this still does not make the mouse work, It’s like its connected to the mouse but won’t respond back to my system. I have tried every USB port on my PC including unplugging all other USB devices from the PC, I have also tried getting the wireless feature to work on another PC but to no evail. I don’t know what to do. Any help is welcome, thanks.
