I purchased the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (Playstation) yesterday, but I encountered a few issues. I connected it to both my PC and PS5, and there were no problems with the PS5. However, when I use it with my PC and enter games, there is no sound. I cannot use the Stereo mode, and I face the same issue when talking to my friends on Discord and Steam.
In the sound settings, I disabled Hands-Free in the Output section, but the problem was not solved. When I use Hands-Free, the sound quality is very poor. As soon as the microphone is activated, all sound disappears, and I can no longer hear anything.
