So the story is that i wanted to buy the THX stuff and i had my code what razer gave me back then i got my headset.
I logged in, then head to the purchase everything went smoothly, used my 50% promo code, i placed my order and then almost instantly got an email with "unsuccessful order" title.. Tired to use order it again with the promo code, but i can't use it anymore. Anybody have some advice what to do now or how can i get back my code?
Because right now the code is “used” because of the unsuccessful order, but i just didn’t got anything. It was 3 times in a row.
