Razer Blade 15 (2021) - Advanced - BSOD

Hello all, I’m pretty sure I have a hardware issue.    Been getting the blue screen of death (which goes into a quick reset) very frequently on this laptop.    I’ve followed all of the standard instructions on repair (drivers, updates, fresh installs, both Windows 10 and Windows 11, turning off BIOS features, etc) and nothing is working.  If I had to guess I’d think it’s heat related, but the CPU is not running hot (been monitoring that).  also tried running the fans manually.  and its still crashed.   Usually likes to crash when I’m typing emails in Outlook vs when I’m in a game (I’ve run Heaven benchmark over and over and that doesn’t cause it to crash).

I’m not necessarily looking for troubleshooting as I think I’ve done it all (although I’ll take  and try tips), but I’d like to send this thing in for repair and/or replacement, however they do it.  The problem is that tech support keeps me on hold for 10 minutes and then hangs up.  Any thoughts?

 

Left out that it does not crash when on battery (so far when testing it), only when plugged in, so that’s what got me thinking it had to be a hardware issue.

After using 2 days on battery, can confirm this problem only happens when plugged in.  I have tried 3 power adapters (I have 3 Razer Blades), and it was crashing with all of them, so not a bad supply.
