Hello there. I’ve been trying to connect my Razer Barracuda X RZ04-03800 to a new wireless dongle. When the Pairing Utility asks me to plug in the dongle it reads it without any problem, but when it asks to connect the headset it just doesn't get it. The green led starts blinking, so I know that it's charging and it's connected. I’m using the original cable and I've tried many other USB-C data cables and USB ports but the pair button remains grey'd out. Same things happens when I try to do a firmware update: it reads the wireless dongle but it doesn't connect to the headset.

I’m having the same problem. Just bought a new dongle and the pairing utility won’t recognize my headset, no matter what I do
