The activation code is not valid for my new headset

I bought my Razer black shark V2  X  headset on noon UAE last november, decided to open the box again and found that card with the QR code for the 7.1 surround sound and followed all the instuctions to get the activation code just to get hit with the Product is already registered

Return it as it’s most probably fake.

Get it from viable source like https://www.razer.com/gaming-headsets/razer-blackshark-v2-x
