Razer Viper V3 hyperspeed keeps disconnecting

My razer Viper V3 hyperspeed keeps getting disconnected and then reconnect in a few seconds. This is very hassle for a gamer like me. I tried changing the batteries  and moving the dongle to all usb port in my motherboard but still keeps on happening.

I understnad that your experiencing intermintent conection with your Razer Viper V3 Hyperspeed. One probable cause for this to happen is the the device firmware is outdated. To I solate the problem, please do the steps laid out below:

  1. Verify Windows is up to date.
  2. Connect the USB dongle directly to the PC and verify there is a clear line of sight from the mouse to the dongle.
  3. Update the firmware on your mouse.
  4. Download and run the Pairing Utility for your mouse.
  5. Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and software.
  6. If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your mouse drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.
  7. Test your mouse on another PC and verify if the issue still exists.
