Deathadder V2 Pro won't connect via USB Cable or Wireless Dongle, Can't Update Firmware

My 3 year old DeathAdder V2 Pro disconnected from my PC and now neither my PC nor Razer Synapse will detect the mouse when I try to connect via either the USB cable or the wireless dongle. It will still connect via Bluetooth, but I am now unable to update the firmware as the update requires the mouse to be attached via USB.

I have tried using multiple different USB cables, updated Razer Synapse and all drivers, and did a complete clean reinstall of Razer Synapse with no results. I have also tried connecting the mouse to two other computers, and in both cases found that it will connect via Bluetooth, but not via USB or wireless.

I’ve seen recommendations to try updated firmware or doing a factory reset, but as mentioned, these require the mouse to be connected via USB, and since Synapse will not recognize the mouse outside of Bluetooth, this is impossible.

Any help would be appreciated!
