My Razer Ornata v2 up arrow key doesn’t work and i can’t contact support of razer due to my keyboard alphanumerical has 16 characters

Hi there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Try to reinstall your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:
1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer Ornata V2 and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.
The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If that didn’t work out, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
