Razer Blade 15 does not work keyboard or USB port

Hello, I have a Razer Blade 15 2019, none of the keyboard keys or USB ports are working, I've already tried installing the drivers again and it didn't help. I have now completely reset the laptop to factory settings and that didn't help either.
