My razer blackshark v2 pro 2023 has a high pitch static noise in the left earcup when i use 2.4 ghz. When the 2.4 ghz dongle is connected to my pc the noise is static but when not connected the noise sort of pulsates like its seaching for the 2.4 ghz dongle. The noise isnt very loud so it isnt audible while playing games or listening to music. but when there isnt anything playing it gets pretty anoying. How do i fix it.

Hello there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
