Mouse doesnt work when wired

my mouse is razer basilisk ultimate , my mouse was working fine when wired , after i did a networking reset in my pc , now its not working when wired only with dongle  , but when i uninstall razer synapase its back to work fine when wired …. so i did try uninstall razer synapase and install again and the problem be back again when i plug my moues in wire this is the picture of device manager

There is another thread for this already if you want to try some of the steps. Current conclusion is bad driver update released but closing Synapse and uninstalling + delete driver of the 2 error devices helped me. I also did a Windows update after the deletion and it found the Razer HID drivers again that I presume are older.

I understand that your Razer Basilisk Ultimate is not working with the Razer Synapse installed. Since closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, please reinstall your mouse drivers, and perform a clean reinstallation of Razer Synapse.
