I have a new keyboard, when I turned on my PC this morning the 123 keys were typing in as !@# so I tried a factory reset, now they keyboard just does this reactive green color and doesn’t type I’ve tried uninstalling the drivers, updating the firmware, Factory reset, a new cable, a different port and a different PC. They keyboard worked completely fine last night. Never been dropped, nothing spilled on it. It just did this out of nowhere.

I understand you're experiencing an issue where your keyboard is typing symbols instead of numbers, and after attempting a factory reset, it only shows reactive green lighting and doesn't respond. Since you’ve already tried several troubleshooting without success. Let’s also check if the issue perisists while the Razer Synapse is disabled? Please try to perform the steps from this article.
