i bought a gift card but the transaction is still on pending


I purchased a Xbox gift card of $100 and it’s been more than 24 hours still saying pending and I’m getting tired of it now, I’m beginning to get pissed because that’s all I’ve got and If I don’t get the issue resolved I probably might not have to use razer gold & silver anymore, i submitted a ticket and still no response I messaged to get some help from some people on here and still same no response, if anyone is willing to help this is my transaction Id 122GP59AA4QO12782E10B
