CHROMA APP PROBLEM

I have this issue with Chroma App: when I open the app, I get the screen shown in the picture. Additionally, the LED synchronization is laggy, and when I change the lighting effect, it takes a few minutes to apply instead of happening immediately.

I have a Razer Basilisk V3 mouse and a BlackWidow V4 Pro keyboard. I tried reinstalling Synapse 4 and Chroma, but the issue persists. Even performing a clean installation of Windows did not solve it.

However, when I reinstall Synapse 3 and Chroma, everything works perfectly.
