Viper v2 pro lagg

I`ve got a Viper V2 Pro, with the hyperpolling wireless dongle.
On any higher polling rates than 1000 the mouses cursor starts lagging, and it feels like its on a lower dpi than it is. Now this lag happens too if i just connect the mouse with cable to the PC to charge it.
Does anyone have ideas whats going on?
