Hi today i bought the razer black shark v2x usb headphones and after struggling for a while i finally got the activation key on my gmail. It registered and worked just fine on the 7.1 surround sound application/ software, however when i enter the same activation code on the THX spatial audio application where we can actually calibrate settings there the activation codes comes up to be invalid. I’ve tried everything re-checking that the letters are in caps or not and everything ive even cope pasted the code as it is still its showing up to be invalid and i have to use the 15 days free trial to manage things now, please get this problem solved
