Hello, I have my Razer DeathAdder Essential mouse: 6400 DPI optical sensor and I have been using it for 4 months and the left click has stopped working.

+1I’d test it on another PC without Synapse installed. If it’s the same - RMA it.

Hi there,
Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also clean it using a can of compressed air and spray in between the gaps. This can help remove static and any debris between the switch and housing. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
