Hi, after 5 months using the Viper V3 one Sidebutton ist getting loose and the Moue sometime not regognizing the click, what should I do, does anyone have the same Problem?

Can you check if the problem persists when Razer Synapse is closed or disabled? Were there any changes to your system or device before the issue began? Have you recently installed any Windows updates? Were there any incidents involving your mouse prior to this issue? Please follow the steps in this article and note the outcomes.
