Naga Trinity 12 button side panel is not operating the Macro's.

So within the last week I bought a brand new laptop, downloaded a bunch of programs etc including the Razer Core. I then was trying to remember how my old laptop was set up to run Macro’s (it’s fried). So I finally figured out I needed synapse and to have the Macro panel. At first I thought I was going to have to completely reconfigure my macro’s, as this was (apparently) Synapse 4 and did not look anything like Synapse 3. I then found out you could “migrate” your Razer setups (lighting etc). So I did that.

However I can’t get any of the macro’s to work. One of them did for like an hour. But it was just one key (#2) on the 12 button side, so I know it’s not like the device is defective. (one weird thing is that when the #2 key was working the lights for the buttons weren’t lighting up)

So, needless to say I don’t need to update drivers or anything like that. I have checked to make sure that the keymapping is all correct. I have looked online for solutions and the only weird one was to clean the contacts on the panel as well as the contacts attached to the mouse - So I even did that. I have watched several youtube videos looking for a similar issue, but it’s always “update drivers” or something else that I don’t need to do.

I tried hard uninstalling all of Razer apps, and reinstalling. I tried different USB ports on my laptop. Nothing I have found is making any difference.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I finally figured out what the problem was.

Razer, you might want to take this into consideration.

You can’t have a newly bound Macro from Synapse 4 that you re-configure with old macros from synapse 3.

ALL the macro’s you migrate from synapse 3 have to remain the same. You can’t just change one key for a newly developed synapse 4 macro. Otherwise the “profile” does not work.
