Kraken v4 PRO game audio profile

Hello! The Game sound profile stopped working, only Chat works. I installed the firmware on the headphones today, it didn't help. When I turn off the headphone unit and turn it on, the sound in the game profile appears for a few seconds and disappears. I also reinstalled Synapse 4. Please tell me what else can be done? Windows 11. It worked the day before yesterday, yesterday a problem arose as soon as I turned on the computer.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with the Game sound profile on your Razer Kraken V4 Pro. Let's try a few more troubleshooting to resolve the problem:

1. Ensure that the Game sound profile is selected and set as the default playback device in Windows.
a. Right-click the sound icon in the taskbar, selecting "Sounds," and navigating to the "Playback" tab.
b. Right-click on your headphones and set them as the default device for both playback and communication.

2. Ensure that your audio drivers are up to date. You can check for updates in the Device Manager:
a. Right-click the Start button, select "Device Manager," and expand the "Sound, video and game controllers" section.
b. Right-click on your audio device and select "Update driver."

3. Make sure your Windows 11 is up to date, as updates can sometimes fix compatibility issues: Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.

4. If possible, test the headphones on another device to determine whether the issue lies with the headphones or the current setup.
