Razer Hammerhead - Left earbud stopped working

Hi,

Couple weeks ago one of my my Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Bluetooth Gaming Earbud (Part# RZ12-03820100-R3U1) stopped working. I tried resetting it by touch and holding it for 30 sec but still wouldn’t work. Only right earbud works and left is dead completely. Whats the possible solution for this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try to update your Hammerhead’s firmware by following the steps below:

  1. Connect the earbuds to your device that has the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless app installed.

  2. Open the app and wait for it to connect to your earbuds.

  3. Tap the firmware update notification on the main screen.

  4. Follow the update instructions.

If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
