Is there any possibility to update my Fall 2019 Laptop's Network card or USB port to 3.2?

I have a Fall of 2019 17” Pro Laptop (Model RZ09-03148E13) which was the latest and greatest the at the time. Windows 11.

I recently upgraded to a 5 Gb Fiber internet service.  My Laptop is maxing out at about 750 Mbps downloads and 2,300 Mbps Uploads via a CAT 8 ethernet cable.  (My iPhone 14 is considerably faster over WiFi !!!).

I checked my Network card and there are no driver updates available.  Question: Is it possible to update the hardware? i.e. change out the network card to a newer and faster speed?  Would the Motherboard accommodate a newer network card and driver?

As a “possibly clever work-around” I bought a New 5Gb Ethernet to USB device to try.  Then my download speed test drops down from 750Mbps to only 1.5 Mbps….  In checking further. My USB ports are only USB 3.0 which is the limiting issue. I need a USB 3.2 USB port and driver.  Question is it possible to Upgrade the USB posts to newer hardware and drivers?  Or is the motherboard still the limitation?

The Laptop is still pretty fast and since I paid $5,500 for it, I’d like to squeeze more life out of it.

Any Input is appreciated.
