Greetings, I'm from Brazil and I bought my Razer Kraken X Lite on 06/12/2024, in a physical store (Kalunga) in a shopping mall.
Last week the headband of the left side of the headphones broke and yesterday the left side of the audio output just stopped working, although the microphone still works.
I would like to know if I am still entitled to the warranty and how to claim it.
I have tried to contact the Brazilian support email (razer@grupomulti.com.br), but I haven't received a reply yet.
