Ripsaw HD: Pink Capture and 640x480 Res?
Hi there,
I just got my Ripsaw HD today and I've got it all hooked up and in SLOBS, the capture is pink? And it changes the resolution of my TV to 640x480 and it gets all blurry. Any ideas as to why or how to fix it? I'm brand new to using a capture card to stream with and have only been using the direct Xbox to Mixer method for a while now. I've tried Google and found nothing and by the time I got to actually sit down at my computer again, Razer's chat was closed. Lol.

I have the same problem. I sent an email to support, but still haven't received anything from them. no response and it starts to annoy me. have you found a solution?
Same problem here with nintendo Switch... no response yet about how to fix this....
I have replaced cables, re installed synapse 3, re installed OS, re installed obs... problem persists.
