Hello. I had to reinstall 7.1 surround sound. The problem is that it doesn't ask for the code when it starts up. Just the power button and device selection button are not active. I log into my account, I have a card with the code from Razer Kraken X. But there's nowhere to enter the code. Uninstalled apps, folder in program fiels, roaming, local, regedit. All uninstalled, reinstalled everything, still can not enter the code. There is no serial number on the headphones under the frame, the headphones are old. Please help me. 7.1 surround sound does not ask for an activation code when installing the application
The system does not see the 7.1. 7.1 Cannot see the devices. So I can't turn on Surround sound. Why don't they see each other anywhere?
+1If it was previously activated (used code) it’s bound to your RazerID account - you cannot use the code for 2nd time!
When logged into the account (yes, the same account that you’ve used the code before), it should work everything correctly.
