Hello Team,
I contact you due to the microphone of my Razer Kraken X Black is not working. As my wife has the same model, I tested and I can confirm issue is in the headset as When I connect her headset to my 3.5mm audio + mic jack, I can record with her headset.
It is not being working for some time, around mid of December, without any reason as my headset are hanged and in good shape after these years, as it was purchased in 2021
You can find the Serial and Product number in my Razer ID products, and I know it is out of support now, but I wanted to know if it could have been introduced to change of driver, but with my last test, with my wife’s headset, Driver is not an issue. I just updated to Win11.
Could you please check and share your comments about what I can check to ensure my mic can be used? Maybe it is a silly topic (I double checked the mic mute toggle is not activated).
