MSI Mystic and TT RGB Plus doesnt work with Chroma

I have 10 TT Plus Premium RGB Radiator Fan with 2 controllers TT and they work fine with TT RGB Plus but at sync Razer Chroma they all turn off. The same happens with MSI 2080 RTX. All Softwares are at last version. Windows 10 are at last version.

Anyone? :frown_:

I am having the same issue. I was able to roll-back to TT RGBPlus v1.2.61 and was able to sync again. However, when I upgrade to any TT version above 1.2.61, the same issue (all fans go dark) manifests. Oddly, before a Razer Synapse update last May, RGBPlus software v 1.28 worked. I am thinking this is on the Thermaltake side but could be wrong. It looks like the API implementation is broken somewhere between Razer and TT.

Hi.. I can.. later i post a video here.. Thx for try helping me.

I am 99.9% sure this is on Thermaltake. TT's RGBPlus software is pure rubbish. I ended up installing and configuring 'TTController' from Github. The application interfaces and configures the TT digital fan controllers and has a Chroma Connect plugin. It's been working like a charm. You can even write the config object to start Chroma connect at startup. No more enabling Chroma in RGB plus to sync with Razer Synapse at every reboot. It's a little hard to configure at first (no GUI) but once you get a working config, you will never have to touch the TT RGBPlus software again and the application is highly configurable. I've already uninstalled RGBPlus and haven't had a single instance of the fans going dark.

Hi there. Thanks for the video. It looks like the 3rd party software is recognized properly. Have you checked in with the manufacturer about this? Let me know.

I thought the problem could be Thermaltake Software but it happens with MSI and Ducky too. So I think it may be the version of Synapse. Could you give me a download link for previous versions of Synapse 3?
