I am encountering the same error while trying to update the driver for my Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense headset: "Please reconnect your device and click retry". Even though my device is properly connected to the computer, this error keeps appearing.

The headset is correctly connected and functioning, but I continue to receive this error during the driver update process.

I’ve tried different USB ports, and there seems to be no connection issue between the headset and the computer.

I’ve updated the Razer Synapse software, but the issue persists.

I also tried unplugging and re-plugging the headset, but the same error appears.
