Hi. About two / three days ago I ordered Razer Hammerhead V2 Pro headphones. When I received them yesterday, I wanted to register them, but a message appeared; "item serial number is unknown" even though I entered everything exactly. What can I do now? Greetings.

    Hi there! Are you still having the same issue? Please PM me the screenshot of the error message as well as the serial number of your Hammerhead Pro V2. I'll pick it up from there.
