Hi,
I've recently started using the microphone on my Blackshark V2 Pro, and several times my friends on Discord told me they couldn't hear me and had to set my volume to 200%.
I checked Razer Synapse 4 and my mic volume is set to 100%. I'm using the dongle plugged into the motherboard via a USB 3.2 port.
Are there any solutions? Please help.

Have there been any recent system or software updates that might have contributed to the problem? To help isolate the issue, please follow the troubleshooting steps in this link. Additionally, check your Discord settings by navigating to "User Settings" and clicking on "Voice & Video."
