I just purchased the Blade 16 (2025) a few days ago from the website, and decided I wanted to get the extended warranty after all.
Trying to buy it on the website. After entering my serial number I get a message that it can't be found. I've seen this issue mentioned in the forums here, just wondering if anyone has any insight. I’m unable to find a phone number or email address I can use to contact support directly.
Can anyone help?
