razer synapse cant seem to recognize my headset not sure if there is something im missing on my end.

Thanks for sharing your concern here! The Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (Xbox Licensed) isn't supported by Synapse. For profile and EQ customization, please use the Razer Audio Setup for Xbox App on your PC and Xbox console.
