Just bought a Kiyo Pro but it's not working both on Synapse 3 and 4

Hi Razer,

 

Need help on Kiyo Pro, it’s not working. I tried the resolutions here in insider and reddit but it still didn’t work. The camera gets disconnected, then doesn’t get recognized. When I unplug the camera and restart my computer then plugging it back again, it will be recognized but synapse will not work. Now, after a couple of tries in troubleshooting, it totally doesn’t recognize the Kiyo Pro anymore.

Hello there, 

 

Have you tried updating its firmware? You can also try the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool. If that didn’t work out, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
