Viper Ultimate replacement dongle

Dear Razer Support Team,

 

I am the owner of a Razer Viper Ultimate mouse, model RC30-030501. Recently, the USB receiver that I use to connect the mouse to my computer has been damaged and no longer works.

 

I would like to know if it is possible to purchase a replacement USB receiver that is compatible with this model. Additionally, could a standard Bluetooth receiver be used instead to connect the mouse, or is a proprietary Razer receiver required?

 

I would appreciate any information regarding availability and the process to obtain a replacement.

You need this dongle: https://www.razer.com/replacement-parts-mice/Razer-Viper-Ultimate-USB-HyperSpeed-Dongle/RC30-03050300-R3M1 but it’s out of stock currently and dunno if it reappear again.

It’s not bluetooth compatible. It must be dedicated Viper Ultimate or Basilisk Ultimate hyperspeed dongle.
