HELP my razer huntsman mini /? key stopped working, can someone help me?

I noticed that the  /? key stopped working on my razer huntsman mini switch red, I tried everything to make it work but nothing seems to solve the issue, there are no macros on the razer software, I changed the windows language, I downloaded synapse 3 to see if the issue happened only with synapse 4, I did a hard reset and it is not a windows problem cause the issue happens in other computers and nothing changed. Does anyone know a solution?

Have you tried reinstalling its firmware? If not yet, then you can follow the steps below:

 

1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.

2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.

3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".

4. Right-click on the Razer Huntsman Mini and select Uninstall device.

5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

 

The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. You can also update its firmware. If the same issue persists, then drop me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can validate it and for proper documentation.
