So i recently ordered a new headset and went to change its audio settings in synapse, but it wasn’t showing up. I have checked both synapse 3 and 4 and it’s not showing up even after a restart. Any idea why?

So i recently ordered a new headset and went to change its audio settings in synapse, but it wasn’t showing up. I have checked both synapse 3 and 4 and it’s not showing up even after a restart. Any idea why?
Where did you purchase the dongle? Did you try connecting it to another USB port or computer and see if the issue persists? Please try downloading and installing Razer’s pairing utility here under the drivers & download tab and see how it goes. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
