Synapse 3 Not Detecting Kraken Tournament Edition

Product: Kraken Tournament Edition Software: Synapse 3 Current Release OS: Windows 10 I just purchased my first Razer product. The Kraken Tournament Edition. I'm having issues with Synapse 3 seeing the product. Synapse 3 says it supports Kraken TE. The guide for the Kraken TE says synapse 3 will not show the headset directly but will support the USB Dongle.
Is the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition headset supported in Razer Synapse 3? What are the features supported in Synapse? Yes, it is supported in Synapse 3.0. Specifically, it will detect the USB Dongle that comes with the Kraken Tournament Edition. Synapse 3 brings a list of features including:
  • THX Spatial on or off
  • Audio calibration
  • Audio enhancement like normalization and clarity
  • Sound Equalizer
  • Mic configurator

However, if Synapse is installed the headset is not a selectable option. It wants me to configure it through Synapse. If I uninstall Synapse 3 I'm able to select my headset in the Surround Sound Software. With Synapse Installed Without Synapse Installed: I am able to hear audio through the headset so the product is working fine. What I have done so far: I have tried unplugging the USB, Closing Synapse, Replugging USB, Restarting Synapse. I have also uninstalled Synapse at least 4 times. I have also tried at 4 different USB ports. I've also killed all the tasks and services for Synapse and removed the headset drivers from the device manager and the Bluetooth and devices section. Any Help with be greatly appreciated. I would love to be able to enjoy the full features of the Kraken. Thanks!

Hi there! Can you share a screenshot of your Synapse 3 dashboard? As for the Razer Audio Controller not being able to be selected by Razer 7.1 Surround when Synapse is open, this is normal behavior. You do not need 7.1 Surround to have the virtual surround sound effect. You can use the THX Spatial Audio setting through Synapse 3.

Oh, I thought I needed the 7.1 seeing as it came with the unlock code to use it. I've uninstalled it. Here is a screenshot of a fresh install of Synapse 3. I've tried pushing the THX button on my USB controller and I don't hear a change in the audio.

estoy teniendo el mismo problema que el razer synapse no reconoce mis kraken torneo edición la pc los reconoce pero el synapse solo reconoce mi mouse que puedo hacer para hacer que la synapse reconosca mis auricularees

I'm having the same problem as the synapse razer doesn't recognize my kraken tournament edition the pc recognizes them but the synapse only recognizes my mouse that I can do to make the synapse recognize my headphones

Hello! I am having the exact same issues with the Kraken TE and how it odes not show up in Synapse 3, i have tried multiple solutions but none worked.
