Synapse 3 will not find Razer Kraken Tournament Edition
I can't get my Razer Kraken Tournament Edition I just bought to be found in Synapse 3. I have reinstalled it and removed the kraken drivers from device manager and unplugged/re plugged the headset in. I have also tried pushing the THX button and every other button on the usb controller. nothing makes it load to Synapse 3.

Lo mismo me pasa solo me decta el mouse deadther elite y los audifonos no los kraken torneo edición el synapse no los reconoce ya intente reinstalandolo borrando controladores descargando controladores y no funciona y tambien el microfono suena muy suave ayuda que puedo hacer
I am also having this issue with my Kraken TE, the headset works but because It isn't found by Synapse I can't change the sensitivity

Hi everyone! Thanks for posting your headset's concern here. Please send your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs by going to your Razer Synapse 3.0 "Feedback" section and filling out the fields before submitting it. Please refer to the screenshot below:
