my computer cant detect my kraken headphones
I was able to hear computer and game sounds thru them at first. then i tried to use them for discord and everything went to hell. Cant use them at all now. Computer does not have them listed as a device anywhere and synapse does not show them either. It shows my mouse and the headphone stand but not the headphones. Everytime i try to plug the headphones in I lose all sound from my speakers even. I have to run the troubleshooter and it fixes that but how can i get my headphones to work when they are plugged in and then my speakers when they are not? I read that the headphones need to be usb but these did not even come with a usb plug in?? Im so disappointed I can not use my new headphones

Based on your description, you have an analog headset. Those types directly communicate with your sound card so they are not supported by Synapse. Can you send over the serial number of your Kraken via PM so I can validate the model and look into model-specific solutions?
I sent a replay with the attachments via e-mail but it shows that it went to razer insider. did you receive it or do I have to send it here?
